Step 1 - Complete an application form:

  1. Complete all sections of the application form (PDF file) as fully as possible
  2. Attach 'proof of income'
  3. Attach application fee ($15 per adult up to a maximum of $40 per household), payable by cheque to Oak Street Housing Co-op
  4. Mail to Oak Street Co-op

When the co-op receives your completed application and all necessary documents, your application will be processed.

The Co-op performs a credit check on all applicants.
